Minnesota Hoists Banner Honoring POWs, MIAs

ST. PAUL, Minn. — Gov. Rudy Perpich on Saturday signed a new law requiring that the POW-MIA flag be flown over the state Capitol and raised the flag over the building’s north portico. Minnesota’s is the first state Capitol to fly the flag on a continual basis.
