Hawkinses Make Gift to Hospital

Preston Hawkins, president of Herbert Hawkins Co. Inc., and his wife, Carrie, president of Trinity Mortgage Co. of Pasadena, have donated $25,000 toward the renewal and expansion program now under way at San Gabriel Valley Medical Center.
The recently opened new emergency department represents the first stage of the medical center’s major building program. When completed in 1987, the center will house a five-story patient tower and incorporate obstetric services.
