Summer completion is anticipated for a three-story, 94,094-square-foot office building on the north side of Del Amo Boulevard, between Hawthorne Boulevard and Prairie Avenue in Torrance.
First Interstate Mortgage Co., Income Property Division Orange County office provided $12.1 million in construction financing for the developer, Meyer Investment Properties Inc. The general contractor is Pacific Inland Constructors Inc.
