Construction Scheduled for Pasadena Project

Construction is scheduled to begin early next month on The Parkway Plaza, a $7-million, 70,000-square-foot twin-building office complex at 675-707 S. Arroyo Parkway, Pasadena.
Developed by G & B Properties and designed by Barasch Architects & Associates Inc., the project will have two compatible building of about 35,000 square feet each and on-site parking for 200 cars.
The first building is scheduled for completion early next year, with construction of the second building to start six months to a year after the completion of the first.
