Efforts to Soften the Image of Pit Bulls

The article about owners trying to soften the image of pit bulls caught my attention. As a peace officer, I’ve had to deal with these “terrific” family pets after they have viciously mauled children and old people. I have formed the opinion that the only good pit bull is a dead pit bull. The only thing worse than a pit bull is a pit bull owner.
