UNLV Defeats Fullerton Women

The University of Nevada Las Vegas women’s basketball team defeated Cal State Fullerton, 69-59, Thursday night in a Pacific Coast Athletic Assn. game played in South Gym at Las Vegas.

Titan guard Robin Holmes was the game’s leading scorer with 28 points but could not prevent Fullerton from dropping to 8-6 in conference, 10-16 overall. The Rebels (10-3, 18-8) were led by Misty Thomas and Dona Monroe, who each scored 17.
