Orange County BIA Chapter Seats Officers

Chuck Diamond, executive vice president of the Konwiser Corp., has been installed as 1985/86 president of the Orange County Building Industry Assn. of Southern California, succeeding L. S. (Bob) Albertson Jr. of Presley of Southern California.
Other new officers include Don Steffensen, executive vice president of the Lusk Co., first vice president; Gordon Tippell, president of Taylor-Woodrow Homes California Ltd., second vice president; Ron Saienni, managing partner of the Promontory Group, treasurer, and Terrance Barry, partner in the Karcher Barry Co., secretary.
After he was installed, Diamond designated the Southern California Adam Walsh Child Resource Center as recipient of a check for $23,000 raised by the builders.
More than 500 association members and guests attended the installation at the Ritz-Carlton in Laguna Niguel.
