TVA Appoints FBI Agent as First Inspector General

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — An FBI agent was named Monday as the Tennessee Valley Authority’s first inspector general, officials said. Norman A. Zigrossi, 50, who was in charge of the FBI’s field office in Washington D.C., will investigate waste, fraud and mismanagement in the federal utility.
