A former “officer of the month†became the sixth Miami policeman arrested in an alleged racketeering and dope-trafficking plot, dubbed “the Enterprise,†which resulted in the drowning of three drug smugglers. Officer Rodolfo Arias, 29, who received 33 commendations this year, surrendered and was booked into the Metro-Dade County jail. He is charged with cocaine trafficking, murder conspiracy and violation of the state’s racketeering statute.
