Craig sold its consumer electronics business.
Bercor, a La Mirada-based distributor of consumer products, said it bought the operating assets of Craig Electronics for an undisclosed sum. The division, which imports Craig-brand car stereos and dictation equipment, accounted for about half of Craig’s $23 million in revenue last year but just 10% of its profits.
