Kurt W. Meyer to Take Reins of Land Use Group

Kurt W. Meyer of Kurt Meyer Partners, Architects & Planners will be installed Thursday as new president of the Los Angeles chapter of Lambda Alpha international land use society at a luncheon meeting at Taix restaurant.

Other new officers are John Rohring, vice president; Mike Genewick, secretary; William Waldren, treasurer; Katherine Dunlap, assistant treasurer, Harry Hartnett and Conrad Jamison, scribes, and James Greathead, historian. Harrison Price is the immediate past president. New directors are Frederick Good, Joe Millard, Mark A. Pisano and Wayne Wedin.

Three members of the Los Angeles chapter were elected to the Lambda Alpha International Board at the society’s biennial congress in Washington: Donald Pehrson, first vice president; Evelyn Kieffer, secretary, and Robert Sutro, foundation chairman.
