Financing Obtained for Shopping Center
Permanent financing in the amount of $9.68 million has been arranged by Coldwell Banker’s Real Estate Finance Division for Sweetwater Town & Country Shopping Center at 1505-1901 Sweetwater Road, San Diego, now under construction. Funds were provided by Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Co. to Cal / Meyer Realty Inc., Anaheim.
