Falling Rock Kills Woman Riding in Car With Family

DETROIT — A woman traveling with her family to a Thanksgiving reunion in Pennsylvania was killed by a 25-pound rock apparently thrown from a highway overpass, police said Wednesday.
Barbara Beaver, 39, of Livonia, died of head and chest injuries.
