The newly chartered Bunker Hill Savings & Loan has settled on the ground floor of 515 S. Figueroa St. as the site for its downtown Los Angeles branch and plans to occupy the 2,103-square-foot space, which is being remodeled, in early 1986.
Bunker Hill signed a seven-year sublease valued at nearly $700,000 with Mitsui Manufacturers Bank, which will retain its branch on the building’s ground floor adjacent to the new savings and loan. The Charles Dunn Co. represented both parties in the transaction.
