Aide to First Lady Quitting

WASHINGTON — First Lady Nancy Reagan’s chief of staff, James S. Rosebush, is resigning to take a job in private industry and will be succeeded by Lee L. Verstandig, undersecretary of housing and urban development, a White House aide said Wednesday.
