Parkside Condominiums Aims at First-Time Home Buyers

Today marks the grand opening of 50 condominiums in Phase 1 of Parkside, a 124-unit Cape Cod-style complex with sales office and models located at 3760 Florida St., San Diego.

Developed by WSLA Development Corp. of Costa Mesa, the project offers seven different choices from studio plans with 310 square feet of living space to two-bedroom units with up to 864 square feet. The price range is $41,900 to $86,400, with a homeowners’ monthly fee of $100 to $125.

“Parkside is a smart housing alternative for the discriminating first-time home buyer,†said Stephen Maloney of WSLA’s California Division. “We also are offering a variety of financing options including FHA/VA and VA Graduated Payment programs.

The gated complex offers views of San Diego Bay, Balboa Park and the mountains surrounding El Cajon and Alpine.

The project is open daily from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., excluding Wednesdays and Thursdays.
