Woman Dies of Injuries Suffered in Crash

A 25-year-old San Diego woman died Friday, more than a week after she was critically injured in a motorcycle accident in El Cajon.
Heidi Clagett, of the State College area, apparently lost control of her motorcycle early Oct. 23 while riding near Fletcher Parkway and Navajo Road, according to San Diego County Deputy Coroner Everett Mauger.
Clagett suffered extensive head injuries and had been in a coma at Sharp Memorial Hospital since the accident.
