A deer hunter from Ontario missing for 36 hours in the rugged Big Pines Angeles National Forest wilderness area, was found safe after an intensive search by nearly 50 Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputies. A passing motorist discovered Bernard Euell, 28, walking near the site where his hunting companion reported him missing Saturday night, a sheriff’s spokesman said. Euell was disoriented and sufferring from exposure and cuts and bruises, deputies said. Euell and his partner, Eddie Verdusco, were hunting together about four miles west of the Big Pine area, off the Angeles Crest Highway, and became separated after Verdusco stopped to rest.
