Chula Vista-based Pacific Commerce Bank reported net income of $88,402 for the nine months ended Sept. 30, compared to a loss of $51,543 last year. Assets increased 80% to $15.3 million; deposits rose 123% to $11.9 million, and loans increased 77% to $8.9 million.
