Trio-Tech Has Record Sales, Earnings for Year
Trio-Tech International, a Burbank manufacturer of equipment for testing semiconductor devices, reported record sales and earnings for its fiscal year ended June 28, but also reported lower profits for its fourth quarter.
Sales for the year were $22 million, up 72% from a year ago. Net income was up 27% to $2.8 million, or $1.14 per share.
For the fourth quarter ended June 28, sales were up 1% to $4.2 million. Net income was down 42% to $370,000, or 14 cents per share.
The company’s customers include the military and aerospace companies.
