Offended by ‘Bums’

I am appalled at the headline, “Bums Out, Shoppers In” for your Sept. 6 story about Horton Plaza Park.
Such labeling of many who may be unemployed and homeless, mentally ill or disadvantaged in our culture of greed is unworthy of The Times.
