The downtown San Diego Lawyer’s Block, built in the 1880s, has been sold to Continental Land & Title Co., as trustee, for $2.8 million.
The two-story, 45,000-square-foot building at 4th and Front streets, opposite the U.S. Grant Hotel and Robinson’s in Horton Plaza, will undergo extensive rehabilitation for retail use, according to brokers for John Burnham & Co. The sellers were Milton Fintzelberg and 16 undivided interests.
