Singer Smokey Robinson and executives of Motown Records have sued two companies owned by entertainer Dick Clark over the companies’ plan to sell a home video cassette of a 1964 performance in London by Robinson and other Motown artists that was televised in Great Britain. Also named as defendants in the suit were Sony Corp. of America, EMI Records, Capitol Industries and Picture Music Inc.
