T.D. Service Co. of Orange, the state’s largest real estate foreclosure specialist, has named Thomas N. Lippold to serve as senior vice president for operations. In that post, Lippold, 43, will oversee a staff of 100 employees who process foreclosures for banks and other clients. A resident of Huntington Beach, Lippold previously was a vice president with Anchor Mortgage Services Co. of Newport Beach. A T.D. official said Lippold replaces an executive who resigned to establish a residential building company. T.D. Service Co. is a subsidiary of T.D. Service Financial Corp. of Orange.
