Driver Slain, Car Taken

Police on Thursday were investigating the shooting death of a Reseda motorist by a man who witnesses said drove off in the victim’s car after leaving him to die on the street.
Russell Harabedian, 37, was shot Wednesday night as he was turning westbound from Figueroa Street onto 65th Street in South-Central Los Angeles, police said.
