Official’s Daughter Injured Fatally: The 27-year-old daughter of Brea City Councilman Carrey Nelson died Monday morning after she apparently fell in the shower. Ruth Nelson, who lived with her parents, was found dead by family members at about 8 a.m., a Brea police spokesman said. The cause of death has not been determined, a spokeswoman for the coroner’s office said.
