BAT Industries said it will sell Mardon Packaging.
The London-based company has agreed to sell its Mardon Packaging International unit to a Canadian investment group for about $240 million. The investment group, called Lawson Mardon Group Ltd., includes senior managers from Mardon’s operations in Canada and Britain, BAT said.
