The newly opened community room at the Westside Pavilion shopping center is available to nonprofit, noncommercial groups organized for religious, charitable, scientific, literary, educational or civic projects, according to Richard Green, president of the development company, Westfield Inc. The room, located on the third floor near May Co., holds a maximum of 75 people. The shopping center is located on Pico Boulevard between Westwood Boulevard and Overland Avenue.
