Donald Hromadka, a Santa Monica attorney, has been named chairman of the board of the Santa Monica Hospital Medical Center Foundation. Hromadka, the grandson of August B. Hromadka, a co-founder of the hospital, is also assistant secretary of the hospital’s board of trustees.
Robert T. Bonn, executive vice president of Pacific Lighting Corp., and Sylvia Silberman, a member of the medical center’s auxiliary, were appointed to the foundation’s board of directors.
