Country Manor Houses Open in Alta Loma

Country Manor, an Alta Loma development of single-family homes by Upland-based Lightner Development, today opens its first phase of 35 homes (four of which are models and one has been sold), with a second phase of 19 planned to complete the 54-unit project.
The one- and two-story homes contain three and four bedrooms and two and 2 1/2 baths in 1,282 to 1,935 square feet of space; they feature garden windows, sloped ceilings, wood-burning fireplaces and three-car garages, with atriums and skylights in some plans.
Prices range from $109,950 to $140,950, with FHA and conventional financing available. Occupancy is expected in August. Four models decorated by Bobbie Stern Interiors are open on weekdays, except Wednesdays, from noon to 8 p.m. and from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekends at 9804 Cypress Court.
