MANAMA, Bahrain — Saudi Arabia has given a check for $28.5 million to the Palestine Liberation Organization, the Saudi government press agency reported Wednesday. The sum is part of the Saudi contribution to the organization and to Arabs in Israeli-occupied territories generally.
