November completion is scheduled for a $5.5-million, 42,000-square-foot facility for Ultrasystems Defense & Space Systems Inc. at 525 Douglas Ave., El Segundo.
The data services firm currently occupies 12,000 square feet of space in Hawthorne. Blakesley/Comstock Development Co., Manhattan Beach, is the owner/developer.
The architect is Albert & Wurzburger Architects, AIA, Los Angeles. Millie & Severson Contractors of Los Alamitos is the general contractor.
