Town Houses Opening Today in Duarte
Park Place Villas, a development of 101 town houses, opens today in Duarte with 30 units in the first phase.
Priced from $99,000 to $120,000, the homes are available with city bond financing at 9.9% for 30 years and 5% down.
Goldrich & Kest Industries is developing the project, which is scheduled for first move-ins by the end of July.
The two-story units are being offered in five floor plans with two or three bedrooms, a den, 2 1/2 baths and 1,380 to 1,678 square feet. Among the common amenities will be a swimming pool, spa, sun deck and oversized parking spaces for recreational vehicles. The monthly homeowners fee will be about $112.
Six models and a sales office are open Saturday through Wednesday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., at 959 Swiss Trails Road, directly behind the Trails Restaurant.
