Retiree Center to Be Completed Early Next Year
Completion is expected early next year on the $12-million three-building Palm Terrace Retirement Center being developed by the Radnor Corp. at Moulton Parkway and Calle Aragon in Laguna Hills.
The contractor is M. H. Golden Co., San Diego and Pasadena, and the architect is the San Diego office of Neptune & Thomas Associates.
The 198-unit, four-story residential complex is near Gate Three of Rossmoor Leisure World and will be managed by Beverly Enterprises. The other two buildings are a 99-bed health care facility and a 16,700-square-foot recreation and dining pavilion.
