Funding to End: County funding, which has been used to pay for such services as street sweeping and park maintenance in the 22 unincorporated areas, will be cut off in July. Residents of one of those areas, North Tustin, can hear and discuss financing alternatives tonight at the Guin Foss School, 18492 Vanderlip Ave., at 7:30 p.m. County spokeswoman Terrie Kelch said North Tustin uses far less money than most districts because there is no street sweeping, and, in fact, showed a $3,000 surplus last year. The area includes about 33,000 residents and 10,200 property owners.
