Blasts Rock Narita Airport

TOKYO — Time bombs Thursday heavily damaged an office and four vehicles belonging to construction firms engaged in the expansion of Narita airport near Tokyo, police said. No injuries were reported. Police said the bombs apparently were set by radical groups opposed to expansion of the airport, 40 miles east of Tokyo.
