The City Council of Culver City has approved plans for $380,000 in improvements to four baseball diamonds at Culver City Park.
One of the diamonds is used primarily for Babe Ruth League games.
The other three are used by Little League.
The three Little League fields will be completely regraded and reconstructed with new bleachers, backstops, dugouts and other improvements.
Little League officials have agreed to pay for sodding of the infields of two of the diamonds.
Work is supposed to be completed by Nov. 1.
