A Wespac Financial Corp. investors’ trust sold a shopping center complex in Lenexa, Kan., for $1.7 million, including $407,500 in cash and a $1.3-million note, the Newport Beach real estate investment trust said.
A spokesman for the company said Wespac Investors Trust, now in its liquidation phase, sold Four Colonies Shopping Center, which it had acquired for $1 million in 1976. He said the trust’s remaining 26 properties are expected to be sold within two years. The trust accumulated $101.7 million in assets.
