RONA BARRETT PLANS RETURN TO TV

Rona Barrett, who recently resumed her career as an entertainment reporter for Mutual Radio, said Thursday she will return to television in September as senior correspondent for “Entertainment Tonight.”
Barrett, who pioneered the reporting of entertainment news on TV beginning in 1966, also will do interviews for “Entertainment This Week” and the upcoming syndicated show “America.” All three programs are produced by Paramount.
