Ronald Bright, 28, of Fountain Valley, was reported in critical condition Sunday at Fountain Valley Community Hospital.
Sgt. Ron Manda said Robert Allen Yeater, 22, of Fountain Valley turned himself in to police about an hour after the accident at 8:43 p.m. Saturday on Warner Avenue. He was booked at Orange County jail on suspicion of felony hit-and-run driving.
