Santa Monica
Florence Cardine will be installed as president of the Santa Monica College Patrons during a meeting at 10 a.m. Tuesday in the college board room, 1815 Pearl St. The program will include the presentation of the annual Honorary Service Award and scholarships to 10 students at the college. College President Richard Moore and Administrative Dean Herb Roney will install the 1985 board of directors.
