Essex Village Single-Family Homes Open in Lancaster

Essex Village, a $10-million, 107 single-family-home community by Inco Homes and Thornwood Partners Ltd., has set the opening of four decorated models for this weekend at 1515 Avenue I West in Lancaster.

Exteriors of wood siding and stucco are varied to create an aesthetic contrast, and the project’s contemporary styling is accented with ornamental windows and wood trim.

Priced from $74,990 to $96,990, the two- to four-bedroom plans are sized from 943 to 1,703 square feet. The two- and three-bedroom homes offer an optional bonus room.

The developer plans to offer an oversize garage that can be sectioned off for a gym-workout area, home office or hobby center.

Interiors have sloping ceilings in the master bedrooms, most living and dining rooms and in some kitchens. All homes have wood-burning fireplaces, central air conditioning and energy-saving features.

Essex Village models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. To date there have been seven sales in the 28-unit first phase.
