Kidnaper of U.S. General Seized

ROME — Police announced the arrest today of a Red Brigades terrorist convicted in absentia of kidnaping American Brig. Gen. James L. Dozier in December, 1981.
The general was freed Jan. 28, 1982, by police who raided a terrorist hideout in the northern city of Padua near Venice. Vittorio Antonini, 29, who was captured today, was one of 17 Red Brigades urban guerrillas convicted of kidnaping Dozier from his apartment in Verona on Dec. 17, 1981. Antonini was sentenced to 27 years in prison.
