Army Grounds Copters After 2 Crash, Killing 15

WASHINGTON — The Army says it has grounded its fleet of Blackhawk helicopters as a precaution after two crashes killed 15 men in little more than a month.
The Army said Friday it was developing a safety inspection plan for the fleet, which includes about 630 helicopters worldwide.
