About 200 striking teachers in the Covina area are scheduled to return to their classrooms after a one-day walkout by the Charter Oak Educators Assn., the union which represents the teachers. Teachers and officials of the Charter Oak Unified School District have scheduled a bargaining session. Teachers briefly walked picket lines in front of schools and distributed leaflets to parents.
