The Angeles Corp. subsidiary said it acquired the properties for its limited partnerships during the first quarter. The purchases include both partial and full ownership and include 296 oil and gas wells on 82,500 acres in Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Texas, Utah and Wyoming. The properties have net proved reserves of 25 billion cubic feet of natural gas and 996,000 barrels of oil, the company said.
