Single-Family Homes Open in Colton Today

Cedarbrook, a single-family detached home development by Presley of Southern California is opening its first phase this weekend with 21 units available for purchase and move-ins scheduled for May.
Located at 1321 Cherrytree Road, Colton, the project will ultimately have 185 units. It offers three floor plans sized from 1,040 to 1,230 and priced from $71,990 to $79,990.
The one- and two-story homes contain from two bedrooms and two baths to three bedrooms and two-and-one-half baths. Amenities include mirrored wardrobe doors, double vanities in master baths, air conditioning, fireplace with gas connection, ceramic-tile entry, carpeting, pantry, gas slide-in oven, dishwasher and disposal units.
Exteriors feature tile roofs, concrete driveways, two-car garage and rear-yard fencing. Three furnished models are open daily from 10 a.m. to dusk.
