Alemany Big Inning Crushes Crespi, 13-3

Kevin Wittke spearheaded a 10-run rally in the fourth inning as Alemany High won its second Del Rey League game, 13-3, Wednesday at Crespi.
Wittke, a second baseman, had three doubles and a single to go along with four runs batted in. But he did most of the damage in the fourth.
With the score tied, 2-2, the junior had two doubles and drove in two runs as Alemany went on a nine-hit spree. Junior Sean Casey contributed a triple, single and four RBIs in the inning.
Sophomore right-hander Mike Rooney pitched a complete game and earned his fourth win of the season.
Crespi is 3-2. Alemany is 2-3.
