Tunisian Farmer Kills 12

TUNIS, Tunisia — A farmer killed 12 people--including his mother, sister and pregnant wife--with shotgun blasts before committing suicide, police say. Police said that the farmer, Ben Jebir, 28, of the town of Fahs, had been treated several times in a Tunis mental hospital.
