Manson family member Sandra Good, scheduled to be released from a federal prison in West Virginia on Friday, will not be paroled to Northern California, as previously scheduled. “We have been told she will not be coming to Northern California,†Ed Hatcher, spokesman for Rep. Robert Matsui (D-Sacramento), said. He said federal Parole Commission and prison officials have not decided where Good will be released.
